Buckeye Dermatology provides aesthetic treatments to ensure that you have healthy and beautiful skin. Our Board Certified Dermatologists are dedicated to providing the utmost care in achieving your desired results. Our services include:

IPL/ Laser Treatments
Buckeye Dermatology utilizes the Palomar StarLux Pulse Light and Laser System for the following:

  • Small Facial Blood Vessels
  • Brown Spots
  • Rosacea and Facial Redness
  • Hair Removal

The StarLux cools the skin as it treats, allowing for safe, comfortable, and effective treatments.  Most patients describe the light pulses as a “snapping” sensation, which causes mild discomfort at most.  After the treatment, there may be some redness for a few days, but that quickly fades and the patient can enjoy the effects of smoother, clearer skin, with improved tone and texture.  For best results, a series of more than one treatment in succession is recommended.

Kybella
The only FDA-approved injectable treatment for adults that destroys fat cells under the chin to improve your profile.  Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.

Botox
BOTOX® is injected into specific muscles of the face to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines and wrinkles. It is a relatively quick procedure performed by our physicians with minimal downtime.  The effects of Botox are not permanent, lasting approximately 3-6 months.  Individual results may vary.

Radiesse
Radiesse is an injectable volumizing filler which replenishes lost volume and corrects deep wrinkles such as the smile lines on the face.    It also stimulates endogenous production of natural collagen over time.  Results are immediate and long lasting (up to a year or more).
